The extruder for plastics used in the processing and manufacturing of various types of materials can produce up to 300 kg of parts in one hour of operation. The complete PE and PP plastic extrusion line includes a compactor, screw, cylinder, conveying system, heating system and temperature control panel. Material production begins by heating the plastic to a maximum temperature of 300°C in the 11 heating zones of the PE 300 granulating line, controlled by thermoregulators. The extruder then presses the material further through a 100 mm diameter screw located in a cylinder with abrasion and rust protection.
