The cable granulating system RMH 2D grinds cable with different
dimensions (for example household installation cable, industrial
cable) and then separates the metal and plastic fraction on the dry
cutting table.
The material between a high-speed rotor blades and the blades of the
stator is open-minded when the cable in the granulator. Is at the same
time the cable is crushed and peeled off the plastic coating or
plastic coating.
Â
When the separation on the dry cutting table, the ground
copper-plastic mixing group is applied evenly on the inclined work
screen. The vibration of the work screen and the smooth air flow
enables the mixed fraction into a flowing State. This fall the
specifically heavier particles (copper) on the sieve and the specific
smaller particles (plastic) swimming. The heavier particles (copper)
are promoted through the support movement of the work screen slowly
siebaufwärts in the box/conveyor belt for metal (copper). The smaller
particles (plastic) swim slowly siebabwärts and dropping to the back
of the cutting table.
