The RGD series from DH-ROBOTICS is a rotating gripper with direct drive. By using a direct-driven, backlash-free rotation module, rotational accuracy is improved, allowing it to be used for scenarios such as high-precision positioning, handling, correction, and adjustment of 3K electronics and semiconductors.

Backlash-free / High repeatability

The RGD series directly adopts electric rotating machines to achieve zero backlash, and the rotational resolution reaches 0.01°, which is suitable for the rotary positioning scenarios in semiconductor production.

Fast and stable
With DH-Robotics' excellent drive control method, as well as precision direct drive technology, the RGD series can perfectly control gripping and rotating movements. The rotation speed reaches 1500° per second.

Integrated structure / shutdown protection
The dual servo system for gripping and rotating is integrated with the drive control module, which is more compact and suitable for more scenarios. The S716292 brakes are optional to meet the needs of various applications.
