This compact plug-and-play system is perfect for Research and Development (R&D) and small-scale productions. It operates in small batches of a few kilos. The system can be fitted with different modules (one at a time) to either grind or classify different products, both coarse and super fine grinding are possible, providing a wide variety of end results. The exchange of the different modules is fast and easy, allowing to perform different tasks in a short time. Jet mills are subject to export license depending on destination country ALPINE multi-process plant AFG 100 (MPS) The basis of this concept is the use of a basic module which combines all the additional components of a grinding/classifying plant (frame, dosing system, fittings, separator filter, control system etc.).
