Used Monobelt, type: NP06-AD belt press for dewatering sludge.

Belt width 60 cm.

The belt is made entirely of stainless steel, has a fully automated high-pressure pump and two sets of flat jet nozzles for washing the belt. It is equipped with smooth belt feed regulation and a pneumatic installation that controls the belt tension and thus the sludge crushing force. It is also equipped with an automatic belt setting controller on rollers.

The press control cabinet is very extensive and controls the press itself but also additional equipment (sludge pump, mixer, dispenser).

Press with equipment:
- screw pump for sludge with a capacity of 6 m3 per hour with capacity regulation,
- dispenser of various types of emulsifiers with capacity regulation and a mixer.

The whole is a I423973 complete set for work in the agri-food industry, processing, sewage treatment plants, distilleries, breweries for dewatering pulp sediments and other materials.

-feeder.

The press and accessories are in very good technical condition. It worked for 140h.
