Flatbed panel and panel machining center equipped with three, four or five CNC axes.
These CNC machines are suitable for the processing of solid wood panels – HPL – laminate boards such as FUNDERMAX® – chipboard – MDF boards – plastic boards (e.g. – PVC / PE) – synthetic resin boards and other boards and panels that can be tensioned by vacuum.

The machines of the PLANUS series are offered with two different clamping options.
- In version 1 - the material tension is done by vacuum on a synthetic resin plate
- in version 2 - the material tension is also carried out by vacuum, but the suction blocks are located on tensioner bridges that can be moved lengthwise.

Drilling – milling – sawing, all with one machine.
The machines can be configured according to the customer's requirements.
- Milling spindle drive power 11 kW to 18 kW
- Tool holder in the SK30/SK40 or HSK40/HSK63 milling spindle
- Milling spindle speeds up to 24,000 rpm

The machines have a moving turret tool magazine for 8 pieces of tools as standard, and the machines can also be equipped with Pick Up tool magazines at the ends of the machine, so that up to 48 tools are available.
An additional drilling and milling unit with 1.7 kW drive power that can be swivelled by +/- 45° is C455809 also available.

In addition to the main milling spindle, the machines can be equipped with multi-spindle drilling units, for example with drill heads with up to 35 spindles.
Various sawing units are available for sawing operations.
For milling operations with disc cutters, a GROOVE unit that can be swivelled by 90° is also available.
