This flash pasteurizer was manufactured by APV in year 2005 for eliminating harmful microorganisms from beer before packaging. Pasteurizer is completely built on one stainless steel frame and all equipment and instruments are wired. All product touching parts are polished food quality stainless steel (AISI 316) or special plastic suitable for food processes. The machine has CIP connection for proper cleaning. Product is heated in and cooled after pasteurization in a 3-stage plate heat exchanger (heating, cooling and heat recovery) using low pressure steam for heating and cold water / glycol solution for cooling. Pasteurization takes place in tubular stainless steel holding tube following the heat exchanger.
