The plant has been out of operation for over 2 years and therefore unfortunately cannot be moved. A worm gear motor drives the external gearing of the three-row roller slewing ring via a spur gear pinion. The carrier washer is mounted on the slewing ring. The working disc (lapping wheel, polishing wheel, fine grinding wheel) is attached to the carrier wheel. The working disc rotates horizontally in a clockwise direction. On the working wheel, the dressing rings rotate with the same direction of rotation. The rings are loosely placed and are guided through the rollers. The workpieces to be machined are inserted loosely into the rings. (Only when the machine is stationary!) During machining, the workpieces rotate analogously with the rings.
