The conveyor station was used to suck out a silo and convey it to the next process step. It worked without any problems until the end and was only used very little. The material conveyed was dry foodstuffs such as hemp seeds, nuts, grain, etc. The interested party is welcome to test the system with the conveyed material at our premises and thus accept it. It is a vacuum conveying system with a conveying capacity of approx. 1 ton per hour. Vacuum conveying and product feeding table is from VOLKMANN. Dust extraction at the product feeding table is from MOTEC Dust extraction system from VALCO Compressed air from KAESER Vacuum pump from BUSCH Metal separator from MESOTRONIC Sieve mill from HOSOKAWA BEPEX The products are fed onto the sieve mill and then fall by gravity into a bigbag (bigbag rack and pallet scale are also part of the system). The plant was installed in 2011. Vacuum conveying system operated by VOLKMANN, for grinding products in a HOSOKAWA sieve mill with enclosed metal detection. In addition available: BUSCH vacuum pump, KAESER compressor, VALCO dust extraction system, MOTEC suction device for product feeding table and much more. All components (except the exhaust system BJ 2009 and the HOSOKAWA Bexmill 200 Year ca. 2006) are from this year. There are no recorded operating hours, but should be around 6000h. The plant was decommissioned in 2019. The plant has been cleaned and disassembled. But could be put into operation for a demonstration or for recording presentation videos. Find more here - /
