CK6146ZX CNC lathe was built in 2013. The machine, designed for
machining rotating solids, i.e. cones, shafts and spheres with a
maximum diameter of 460 mm, offers excellent precision and
repeatability of the manufactured parts. The machining process is
performed inside a large workspace, by means of quality cutting tools
and a spindle with an optimally adapted speed range. The design, in
turn, ensures high stability of machining by effectively eliminating
any vibration and oscillation generated during the turning process.
All this is complemented by the intuitive FANUC CNC control, which
enables the creation of advanced machining programmes in just a few
steps. The CK 6146ZX metal lathe weighs 2800 kg.
