FULLTONTECH TBF6111B horizontal boring machine was built in 2022 in China by Dalian Fullton Machinery Co., Ltd. The machine enables a number of complex operations to be performed, i.e. precision drilling, milling and boring, on workpieces with complex geometries and heavy weights. All these operations are performed on a stable work table, whose rotary design enables the workpiece to be machined from all 4 sides. The spindle, rotating at a maximum speed of 1000 rpm, runs on induction-hardened guideways with scrapers. The spindle has a special safety clutch which prevents the machine from being overloaded. A powerful hydraulic system, consisting of two parts, is responsible for changing the spindle speed and feed rate.
