Used cutting mill by Alpine model B32/40 RO. Mill has dimensions of
inlet into cutting chamber 400 mm x 355 mm. Rotor is equipped with
three knives and has diameter 315 mm x length 400 mm. Working rotation
of rotor up to 700 rpm. Mill has 3 static knives. Bottom discharge
through screen with mesh about 12 mm. Rotor is belt driven by el.
motor with power 18.5 kW, 1500 rpm, 400 V, 50 hz. Mill has stainless
steel feeding hopper with inlet dimensions: 390 mm x 240 mm. Mill is
equipped with two belt conveyers. First feeding material into mill,
has width of belt 250 mm, with baffles each 675 mm. Working length of
conveyer 290 cm. Top of conveyer is covered with insulation. Second
conveyer is for transport product from mill discharge - also has
working width 250 mm, with baffles each 675 mm. Working length 200 cm.
Mill has also dust filter with exhaust fan and electric control boxes
for - mill, both conveyers and dust filter. There is also vibrations
absorbtion plate to mount the mill. Machine new 1982. Last time used
on rubber/caoutchouc. Technical documentation included.
