A used Bertolaso gravity filler Athena with 40 filling valves and an
8-digit sealer Sigma 2010/8 - SX with cap feed and pneumatic closure
conveyor is offered.
The machine ran actively in our company from 2012 to 2016 and was then
dismantled for the construction of another line. Songs did not come to
the construction of the line, so that the machine is fully dismantled
in stock. A visit can be done by appointment.
The dimensions of the filler are: 2960 mm x 2830 mm x height 3250
mm
The machine is packed on 3 main items:
1. Filler: 1900 x 1900 x 2960 approx. 3200kg
2. Substructure: 2550 x 1450 x 2710 approx. 2200kg
3. Fairing and various accessories distributed over several pallets:
5000 x 2250 x 1750 approx. 2400kg
The filler is designed for bottling still fruit juice at 85°C.
Electrical connection: 25KW 400V/3Ph./50Hz
Compressed air: 6 bar 600NL/min
Water: 3 bar
Nominal capacity 8000 Fl./h based on 1000ml VDF - bottle
PET and glass bottles can be processed with the following criteria:
bottle diameter: 95 mm
min. bottle diameter: 50 mm
bottle height: 340 mm
min. bottle height: 140 mm
Filling height adjustable between 20 and 70 mm from the muzzle edge
The following closures can be processed via quick-change adapters
(set-up time per head 1min):
1. Aluminum screw cap 28 TS RO PP (MCA28)
2. VC 30x60 (BVS 30/60)
3. Pic&Place plastic screw cap with 38 mm (magnetic torque head)
