from the German manufacturer BIZERBA, model VS 11 A. Made of stainless
steel and anodized aluminum. Ideal machine for semi-automatic slicing
depositing stacked (block) up to 60 mm, or fan-shaped. It has
different ways to configure both the thickness of the manual slice,
selection of large or small piece. etc. Equipment completely rebuilt
and overhauled by BIZERBA technical service.
