Micro Brewery Brewiks 500L, 760 liters/brew, 5000 liters/month , year

This is a complete 2-vessel brewery setup in 2017 and it has all
essential components for brewing, fermenting, and packaging beer in
glass bottles. It is an ideal choice for small to medium-scale
operations. Main unit is Brewiks 500 liter 2-vessel system. It
consists of two multifunction tunes, one acts as Mash tun / Boiler /
Pasteurizer and the other as Lauter tun / Sparging / Whirlpool. These
have been modified by Mithreum and an manhole has been added for
easier spent grain removal. Mash tun/Boiler has maximum capacity of
760 liters it can make 2 brews in 8-11 hours, depending of type of
beer. Monthly capacity with this equipment is around 5000 liters of
beer, bottle neck being volume of fermenters. If needed this Brewiks
500 system can be upgraded/complemented with a Brewiks PLUS module (an
additional boil kettle / whirlpool turning this into 3 vessel
brewhouse with a higher capacity). Fermenting process is done in four
1640 liters and one 1300 liters CCT cooled by a 6.4 kW Cilly 50 Max
chiller. Bottling department has Meheen M6 Bottle Filler and Labeller
suitable for both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.

5. Fully equipped Meheen M6 bottle filler 2400 bph with ML labeller
for carbonated and non-carbonated products, year 2017. Set up for
glass 500 ml, diameter 52 mm, height 250mm, crown cap.
6. LINCOS compressor used with Meheen, 5,5 kW piston compressor, 10
bar 270 litres/min.
7. Chiller Kreyer Chilli 50 MAX, installed on wheels, cooling water
temperature range from -10°C to +40°C, cooling capacity 6,4 kW,
refrigerant R407A, 400V/3Ph/50Hz made in year 2017.
8. Polsinelli, CIP trolley cart 3 x 100 L containers (caustic, acid,
H20); caustic tank has a heating element and a regulator; pump
included on the bottom of the trolley, year 2018.
