Technical Specifications:
Inside the Mink vacuum pump body, two lobe rotors rotate in opposite
directions. Due to the special shape of the impellers, air or gas is
sucked in, compressed and pumped out. The rotors are in contact
neither with each other nor with the cylinder in which they rotate.
The minimal spacing between the lobe impellers and the body ensures an
optimal level of tightness inside the unit and guarantees a
consistently high pumping speed.
The synchronisation gearbox ensures precise synchronisation of the
rotors. Mink vacuum pumps are driven by a directly connected
asynchronous motor with efficiency class IE2 / IE3
Vacuum production for industrial purposes – a wide range of
applications
Mink lobe vacuum pumps are available in many different sizes. There
are also special models developed for specific purposes, such as
protection against dust and gas explosions, operation in atmospheres
with high humidity, operation in a sealed atmosphere, operation with
increased oxygen concentration, etc.
Thanks to the advanced vacuum lobe technology, Mink pumps achieve a
very high level of efficiency, which has a positive effect on energy
consumption and efficiency. In practice, this means energy cost
savings of up to 60% compared to conventional vacuum technology while
maintaining the same pumping speed.
An additional advantage of vacuum lobe technology is its non-contact
operating method: none of the moving parts inside the vacuum pump come
into contact with each other, so these components do not wear out and
the device requires virtually no maintenance during operation.
Maintenance work such as inspection and replacement of parts has been
completely eliminated.
Thanks to the completely dry compression, which does not require
operating fluids in the compression chamber, the costs associated with
their purchase, delivery or disposal are eliminated. Mink lobe vacuum
pumps are air-cooled.
The high level of reliability and long service life of Mink vacuum
pumps is another advantage of non-contact compression, which does not
require operating fluids
Since there is virtually no wear and tear on the parts, the vacuum and
suction performance remains at a consistently high level throughout
the life of the device. The use of the intelligent muffler concept
allows the pump to run quietly.
