Specially designed for packaging in heat sealing format with vacuum
and with modified atmosphere, to achieve greater conservation, better
presentation, as well as ease of storage and transport.
It automatically performs the MAP cycle, heat sealing and gas
injection, perfect film trimming and automatic film collection.
It has 2 sealing molds,
1st for containers 1/2GN 2 trays per sealing last, Dimensions of the
welding area, for the molding of 2 containers at the same time
(1/2GN): 260 x 320 mm. Sealing area measures 700 x 300mm.
2nd for containers 1/4GN 5 trays per sealing last. Welding area
dimensions, for molding 5 containers at once (1/4GN): 150 x 230 mm x
65 mm or 35mm height. Sealing area measures 930 x 300mm.
It also includes 4-height last holder built in stainless steel and
elevator for mold changes, transport and lifting of lasts.
Busch vacuum pump 160 m3/h.
