This door opener with integrated control unit enables the automatic
opening and closing of two CNC machine doors – a central component
of modern door automation. The machine doors are opened at the same
time, the travel from both doors must be in the opposite direction and
have the same length. A powerful servo motor ensures precise
movements, while the self-learning control module responds to
resistance, increasing safety and reliability.
The opening width can be individually adjusted, which reduces
non-productive times and makes processes more efficient. The system
can be seamlessly integrated into existing CNC controllers and is
compatible with all common I/O interfaces – even for use with robot
automation.
In addition, the automatic door opener relieves the physical strain on
the operating personnel and thus improves ergonomics at the workplace.
