DH Robotics CGC-80 Centric Gripper
Weight: 1500 g
Payload: 1500 g
The DH Robotics CGC-80 is an advanced three-finger gripper designed
for industrial environments that require precision. With a stroke of
10 mm and a recommended payload of 1.5 kg, the three-finger design of
the CGC-80 offers the ability to pick up and place hard-to-grip
objects such as those with spherical or cylindrical shapes. The DH
Robotics CGC-80 offers exceptional ease of use. Plug-ins are available
for Universal Robots, OMRON, Hanwha, and more.
Properties
The DH Robotics CGC-80 is an advanced solution for three-finger
centric gripping. Among other things, it offers a cost-effective way
to grip cylindrical and spherical objects precisely and reliably. With
a stroke of 10 mm and a maximum recommended payload of 1.5 kg, it is
particularly suitable for applications in the electronics industry. In
terms of positioning repeatability, the gripper is ± 0.03 mm and thus
offers you a high degree of control.
The CGC-80 is particularly easy to set up and operate. DH Robotics
offers plug-ins for a variety of cobot brands, including Universal
Robots, OMRON TM, Hanwha, AUBO, and more. With these plug-ins,
commissioning is a matter of minutes and programming is intuitive and
easy.
Although the CGC-80 is easy to use and set up, it doesn't skimp on
features. For example, the gripper offers both gripping and fall
detection as well as monitoring of the element position.
The DH Robotics CGC-80 has already been successfully used in various
applications in mechanical processing, electronics, auto parts, new
energy, home appliances and packaging industries. It is particularly
well suited for pick & place, inspection and sorting applications.
