DURMA MS 2004 guillotine shears were built in 2008 in Turkey. The
machine, characterised by the application of many facilities and
modern solutions, guarantees precise and efficient machining of, among
others, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and plain steel. A sheet
metal with a maximum thickness of 4 mm is fed through ball transfers
built into the work table, whose design protects the surface of
sensitive materials from scratches and nicks.
All machining process parameters are programmed on the intuitive DURMA
ENC-100M control panel with a clear LCD display and memory for 50
programmes. During the cutting process, the rigid design of the
machine ensures that sheet deformations are within tolerance, making
both the workpiece and the cut-off ready for further machining. The
DURMA MS-2004 mechanical guillotine shears are offered with direct
drive, high-quality cutting knives with adjustable gap and a simple
sheet metal hold-down system. The total weight of the machine is 2300
kg.
