State-of-art, complete, fully automated brewhouse GEA Craft Star XL
made in year 2019. It is four vessel configuration, cast out brew
volume is 40hl and it can make 5-7 brews / 24 hours. All accessories
and control panels are skid mounted and can be transported without
dismantling on standard 13-meter truck trailer. Vessels stand on their
own feet and need to be dismantled and transported separately.
Over-sized vessels can handle high gravity beer recipes and external
wort boiling allows maximum batch size flexibility. GEA´s
state-of-the art brewing technologies gives you unsurpassed efficiency
in the use of raw materials. Complete brewing process is PLC
controlled, and operation is made from operation room.
