Beer Separator GEA Westfalia GSE capacity 200 hl /h - 2017
This centrifuge has been designed for beer filtration and
clarification of beverages. It was manufactured in year 2017 and it
has hydraulic capacity 0-200 hl/h. The self-cleaning, disc stack type
bowl makes the machine suitable for fully automatic cleaning - in -
place (CIP). The bowl is driven by frequency controlled 22 kW AC
electric motor which is connected to the bowl with a power belt.
Opening and closing of the bowl for discharging the solids takes place
hydraulically using water. The product feed and discharge are in a
closed system. The product feed and discharges in the bowl are
hydrohermetically sealed and do not feature mechanical seals. All
product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel; the gaskets
conform to the requirements of food operations. The delivery includes
separator, valve panel, control panel with touch screen and 500 liters
buffer tank. The machine is always serviced by GEA and is in top
condition
