The machine configuration is based on a wafer bread production
concept. That is, wafer sheets are made and sliced. Optionally, we can
add a cutting machine and a packaging machine to complete the line.
The product looks and is used like a WASA crispbread, but is a waffle
and much softer.
Waffle bread is an interesting alternative to regular bread and not
just a snack, but a real foodstuff.
