This is a blender turbie from the premium manufacturer Hobart type PVM
302. It is a mobile, versatile turbo blender for straining, mixing,
chopping, pureeing, emulsifying, stirring, etc. Ideal for the use of:
vegetable, meat and fish soups, sauces, vegetables (grated), mashed
potatoes, yoghurt, dressings, fruit and vegetable purees, liquid
dough, baked goods, sorbets and omelets. Compact dimensions and easy
handling guarantee fast, cost-effective use even in confined
spaces.
The PVM302 has a built-in fuse that prevents an automatic restart
after a power failure or power shutdown. Due to an electric fuse, the
mixing head can only be operated when it is set higher than 300 mm or
lower than 900 mm.
The blender turbine has been inspected in our in-house specialist
workshop and is fully functional. It runs very quietly without uneven
running noise. The device can be viewed and also demonstrated in our
workshop. If desired, we can also send a video from the device.
