Sale of the entire used joinery system as inspected from the location
in Germany without warranty and guarantee.
Payment 70 % of the gross purchase price immediately after receipt of
the invoice without deduction, remaining payment 30 % of the gross
purchase price exactly 6 weeks before the start of dismantling.
The system is disconnected free of charge on site from all welds,
electricity and extraction.
The costs for the pure dismantling of the plant by Hundegger and the
loading of the plant by truck-mounted crane are borne by the buyer.
The entire system is insured against fire and storms until the date of
dismantling and is handed over in writing in full functionality
shortly before the start of dismantling.
