ILMAKSAN MAKINA duct production line was built in 2018 by the Turkish company İLMAKSAN HAVALANDIRMA MAKİNA İMALAT SAN. TİC. İHT. İHR. LTD. ŞTİ. Rectangular ducts, which are used in the HVAC industry, are manufactured fully automatically. The operator’s involvement is limited only to the selection of the relevant parameters in the HMI operator panel with touch screen display. Full automation of the process allows for a significant reduction in costs and an acceleration in the production of ventilation ducts.

The main machine performs a number of operations, such as:
– automatic feeding of the material
– sheet metal straightening
– sheet metal strengthening by making trapezoidal strengthening bends
– cutting of the sheet metal to the required length
– sheet metal bending
