ILMAKSAN MAKINA duct production line was built in 2018 by the Turkish
company İLMAKSAN HAVALANDIRMA MAKİNA İMALAT SAN. TİC. İHT. İHR.
LTD. ŞTİ. Rectangular ducts, which are used in the HVAC industry,
are manufactured fully automatically. The operator’s involvement is
limited only to the selection of the relevant parameters in the HMI
operator panel with touch screen display. Full automation of the
process allows for a significant reduction in costs and an
acceleration in the production of ventilation ducts.
The main machine performs a number of operations, such as:
– automatic feeding of the material
– sheet metal straightening
– sheet metal strengthening by making trapezoidal strengthening
bends
– cutting of the sheet metal to the required length
– sheet metal bending
The offered ILMAKSAN MAKINA automatic ventilation duct production line
is fully complete and consists of the following components:
– duct forming machine KKM 01
– duct seamer KKP
– sheet metal decoilers
– selector for quick selection of the currently used decoiler
– HMI operator panel with touch screen display
