Liquidation of ILPRA automatic traysealer of the FOODPACK series,
model 500 v/g. It is a traysealer of Italian manufacture, with rotary
table in 2 positions. The machine can perform 4 different packaging
functions: sealing only, vacuum/sealing, vacuum/sealing/modified
atmosphere (MAP). It is suitable for the use of a wide range of
packaging of any material (PP, PS, APET, CPET, cardboard, etc.) using
compatible film. Foodpack 500 has been designed to offer a compact
solution (occupies just under 2 m / 2 ) and allows, thanks to a high
technological content, to meet high production needs (up to 1440
pieces / hour) depending on the type of mold from 1 to 4 containers
per cycle. The solidity and versatility of this model, together with
an optimal value for money, have made the Foodpack 500 V/G one of the
most successful machines. Built with first class components, with
exclusive noble materials (stainless steel and anodyne aluminum) and
manual movement of the rotary table, this model guarantees a precise,
reliable and durable work cycle. Special sealing last for 1/2 GN
packaging.

table height 1000mm.
Measures of the container in the current sealing last special for 1/2
GN: exterior 310mm long x 165mm wide. If the mold of the tray is not
to your liking, you can make a new one to suit you.
