Wet Aseptic Filling Line Krones PET 18000 bph
Excellent condition Krones Dry Aseptic PET line for non-carbonated
demanding products like smoothies, juices and dairy products without
CO2. The line was commissioned in year 2018 by Krones and having only
less than 12000 total operating hours. This line was purchased by
current owner for contract filling so called Innocent Smoothies in
250ml, 360ml and 750 ml PET bottles with D38ml neck format. It has
large GEA made aseptic processing plant for product treatment before
filling. Blow moulder is Krones Contiform 310 PRO with 10 cavities,
Contipure D preform disinfection system and for energy savings there
is an infrared linear oven with ceramic reflectors and Air Wizard Plus
pressurizer air recycling system. Filling and capping is made with
Krones PET-Asept Bloc D, which has a wet aseptic system. Bloc contains
aseptic bottle sterilizer STERILJET D, liquid Nitrogen adding system
for bottle stiffening, 44 valve volumetric filler and a capper. For
consumer packages the line has two packers, one for Tray-Shrink and
one for Carton Box. In addition, it has cap feeding, sorting and
sterilizing systems, HEPA air filters, process water sterilizing bloc
and a large aseptic buffer tank with product feeding system. Line is
complete from preform feeding to palletizing and has had total service
agreement including aseptic guarantee with Krones Service till end of
2020 and after that line has been used only occasionally.
