Very little used high shear mixer/granulator made by Lodige (Germany)
model MGTL 10. Machine is designed in stainless steel. Interchangeable
cylindrical vessel with a total capacity of 10 liters and a working
volume ranging from 25% to 70% of the volume of mixing chamber. Mixer
equipped with a three-arm mixing impeller bottom driven by el. motor
with the power 2.7 kW, 3000 rpm, and side entry chopper driven by el.
motor 0.42 kW, 3000 rpm. The speed of the agitators is fully
adjustable. Includes additional tulip type agitator, a spray nozzle
and Watson Marlow peristaltic pump with adjustable speed in the range
from 3 to 400 rpm and the capacity of about 5.7 to 760 ml / min. Mixer
passed the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and the qualification
according to the GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. Unit
includes full technical documentation and spare parts. New in 2014.
