MAZAK MULTIPLEX 6100Y CNC turning center which was built in 2001 in
Japan can fully automate the machining of workpieces with a maximum
diameter of 500 mm, while maintaining high accuracy and precision.
Turning takes place inside a large work space equipped with a rigid
bed and a chip conveyor integrated into the coolant chute, designed to
continuously evacuate the cuttings from the work area. In the
machining process, the MAZAK CNC dual-spindle lathe uses tools housed
in 12-position turret heads, distinguished by their reliable
operation. Each of the two tool heads is 3-axis (X,Y,Z) and supports
driven tools. In addition, to simplify and streamline turning, the
workpiece can be machined on both spindles simultaneously and in
link” mode, holding the bar in both chucks.
The MAZAK ML TPLX 6100Y automatic lathe is also offered with a wide
range of equipment, including the LNS QUICK LOAD SERVO III bar feeder,
Y axis, tool probes and the easy-to-use MAZATROL 640T CNC controller
with many useful functions. The total weight of the machine is 5700
kg.
