Dirty dishes return with round belt conveyor
Conveyor systems with round belt conveyors are ideally suited for the
return of dirty dishes due to their easy cleaning and keeping
clean.
The linear guidance of the round belts frees up practically the entire
belt table. This type of dirty dish return is particularly preferred,
as it only allows trays to be checked. Individual pieces of crockery
(plates, cups, cutlery, bottles) cannot be checked in and thus cannot
fall off the conveyor belt during further transport in curves, etc.
This ensures a high level of functional reliability of this conveyor
technology.
Curve guides with round belt technology
With round belt conveyor technology, any curve is possible.
Due to speed differences, the trays are transported safely and
centrally around the curve with the necessary tray spacing. High and
stable tray guides ensure that tightly spaced crockery items do not
fall to the ground when cornering and that the trays are safely
deflected.
