Can Filling Line for Beer and CSD Micro Can 2000 cph – 2020
Complete line from can depalletizer to rotary collection table made by
British Micro Can company in year 2020. The line is in very good
condition and it has operated only approx. 100 hours (totally filled
133’049 cans). Filling block is linear type with five long CO2 purge
tubes for pre-evacuation of air, five stainless steel bottom closing,
pneumatically operated filling tubes. In CL5 V3e machine both CO2 and
filling tubes are lowered and lifted by an electronic gantry that
allows fine control of the filling head position and a fully
electronic one head seamer that allows for more accuracy and less
dependent on compressed air pressure. The seamer fully adjustable for
most can sizes without requiring spacers. Filling block has also CIP
sequence for upto 70 C degrees for an adequate cleaning. After
sealing, full cans are rinsed with fresh wated and dried with an
airblower. Dry cans are labelled with a wraparound labeller made by
Advanced Dynamics and led to a rotating table.
