Second hand stainless steel contact parts twin shaft planetary
dissolver by Molteni type TM5 RP.SV. Mixer has stainless steel
jacketed mixing pan with internal diameter 207 mm x depth 213 mm.
Total volume of pan is 7 l, working volume about 5 l. Mixing pan has
side wall bottom discharge outlet. Mixer has two agitators with
toothed discs and one wall scrapper. Toothed discs have diameter 100
mm and are driven by vari speed gearbox and two speed el. motor
1.75/1.4 kW, 2800/1400 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz, in EEx-d II B T4. Working
rotation of disc agitators manually adjustable in range from 300 up to
4800 rpm. Wall scrapper is driven by el motor 0.26 kW, 1360 rpm,
220/380 V, 50 hz (design EEx-d II B T5) through reducer with ratio i=
44.77, what gives output rotation at 32 rpm. Agitators are risen by
hydraulical device driven by el. motor 0.26 kW, 1360 rpm, 220/380 V,
50 hz, EEx-d II B T5 design. Machine is equipped with local control
panel and pneumatic vacuum pump by Piab. Machine is mounted on steel
mobile cabinet. Additional equipment included with mixer:
pneumatically operated press for emptying mixing pan, stand for
emptying/cleaning mixing pan.
