The system is fully functional, including control cabinets, saw
shafts, intermediate rings, saws and documentation.
Hardwood with the following data is processed on the plant:
Wood thickness: 26 mm – 50 mm
Input lengths on the cross-cut saw: 1000 mm to 5000 mm or more
Multi-blade saw: 350 mm to 1000 mm
Strip width: 4 – 50 mm or more
Starting material beech sawn timber 26 mm, length 4000 mm
The operator places the board on a roller conveyor, which transports
it to the cross-cut saw.
The cross-cut saw is equipped with a sweeper b-out for firewood and
bleeds.
The controller can store lists for main lengths and truncations.
After the cross-cut saw has cut the board to the stored length, it
runs under a shortage roller to a roller conveyor.
Under the shortage roller, the cuts of firewood fall out.
In the roller conveyor there is an ejector for shortening lengths.
The shortening lengths are transported to the side via a waste
belt.
The main length then runs to the multi-blade saw, is centered there,
clocked into the machine and cut into strips there. The strips can be
between 8 mm and 25 mm wide. By changing the saw shaft clamping, a
width of 4 mm to 45 mm or more can also be cut, depending on the
equipment of the saw shaft.
The saw works in synchronisation.
After the wooden board has left the machine, it enters a drip tray,
which transfers it to a roller conveyor.
