A rotating hot glue labeling machine is offered for the application of
pre-cut paper or plastic labels.

This labeller has a continuous control of the amount of glue emitted
as well as the temperature. There are two independent glue groups, one
for distributing the glue on the container and the other for gluing
the overlapping part of the label. The glue is distributed on a steel
roller. Any amount of adhesive that exceeds the predetermined amount
is recovered in a tank. The groups are heated by independent heating
elements that quickly and evenly bring the temperature of the material
to the right level. The roll speed for applying the glue is
synchronized with the speed of the labeler.
