The Prima Power Platino 1530HS laser was produced in 2006 by the
Italian company Prima Industrie S.p.A. The 4 kW laser is equipped with
a Primach 20L CNC control. The machine is used for cutting metal
sheets with a thickness of 20 mm (black steel), 12 mm (stainless
steel) and 8 mm (aluminum). The laser has an independent F axis with
programmable focus position and nozzle distance. The maximum feeds in
the X / Y / Z / F axes are respectively: 3050 mm, 1525 mm, 150 mm and
25 mm. The machine is equipped with: a Prima Power Convergent Lasers
Division CX 3000 resonator with a power range from 200 to 3000 W and a
cooling unit. In addition, the price of the laser also includes 3
cylinder regulators made of chrome-plated brass with a stainless steel
diaphragm in the first stage of reduction and a bellows structure in
the second stage of reduction, and 2 cylinder regulators for oxygen
and nitrogen mounted on the beam. The total weight of the machine is
10 tons. A new turbine has been installed in the machine.
