The AS-Orbit Base printing system is specially designed for demanding
applications with a high production volume and is characterized above
all by its high processing speed. The CSV-810 conveyor belt transports
print material at a transport speed of up to 2.0 m/s. An integrated
suction system enables controlled transport of light and bulky
materials. Incl. dryer, computer and Flexmail control software.
In addition, a delivery belt from Schneider with which the products
are gently transported into the shed delivery after printing and dry
during this time.

magazines.
RENA Tabber T-650
for closing self-mailers with tabber dots on the side or front, stands
up labels for subsequent addressing. The variable tabber/labeller from
RENA is a technical masterpiece and closes mail pieces with tabs up to
38 mm in size on two opposite sides and even across the corner, i.e.
at the front edge and on the side – and all this in one operation!
