The SUPERBOX is a box butterfly that feeds, opens, folds, shapes the
boxes and seals their lower part with adhesive tape. Its great
versatility also lies in the possibility of using commercially
available adhesive tape rolls.
The machine consists of a cardboard magazine, an area where the
cartons are opened and an output roller conveyor, on which the bottoms
of the folding cartons are provided with adhesive tape.
The format change is conveniently controlled via 5 handwheels, which
is followed by an adjustment of the passport stamps of the cardboard
magazine and the position of the suction cups.

functioning:
The machine independently extracts a cardboard cut from the magazine
and folds it up.
The lower four cardboard surfaces are folded and closed.
During the e-lift over two straps, the lower side of the cardboard is
glued.
The scope of delivery includes a light barrier, which can be mounted
either on a subsequent conveyor line or on a filling table.
Whenever this light barrier is free, a cardboard box is automatically
erected and donated.
The actual achievable performance depends on carton qualities –
formats – adhesive tape used – the basic movement specification is
600 cartons / hour
The magazine can be refilled during the cycle
Both cartonboard installers are as good as new, were only in use for a
short time by a customer.
The machines have no blemishes or scratches.
The machines can be inspected and tested on site.
