Application
Measure and compensate for the imbalance of wound commutato-anchors of
different sizes as well as similar rotors. Use of the machines in
series production for production volumes of up to approx. 1 million
anchors p.a. Imbalance compensation by milling in one or two planes
into the sheet metal package.
Compensation procedure
Slot milling for component balancing. High flexibility through the use
of single or multiple milling cutters oriented towards the pole pitch.
