Machine exposé: Schlatter MG900 PG12
The Schlatter MG900 is a high-performance and overhauled resistance
welding system, specially designed for the production of mesh mats.
With a width of up to 1250 mm and a length of 3000 mm, wire
thicknesses up to 12 mm can be processed. The machine has been
extensively modernized to ensure maximum efficiency and flexibility in
production.

Longitudinal Wire Feeder LV
- Converted to a high-precision servo axis.
- Shaft magazines for longitudinal wires up to 3000 mm.
MG12.4 Mesh Welding Machine
- Equipped with 3 transformers. (expandable on request)
- Four (4) Schlatter welding presses 5kN
- Machine expandable to 12 welding presses and 6 transformers in the
final stage
Cross wire feeder QFD34
- Allows double wire insertion for two different longitudinal
wires.
- Note: In the pictures, the second level is not yet mounted.
Mat pull-out MVL
- Controlled by an MS2N servo motor with CtrlX from Bosch Rexroth.
- Equipped with three Schlatter mat grippers (expandable on
request)
Mat Stacker MS
- Automatic stacking of mesh mats (travel distance 3100mm)
Control and power cabinet
- Siemens S7 TIA machine control.
- Rexroth ControlX components for highly dynamic motion control
Longitudinal wire insertion LFE
- Not included, can be ordered on request.
