The dust collector is suitable for vacuuming dry wood dust
and
dry wood chips at individual dust sources. This also applies
for oak and beech wood dust. Furthermore, metallic, ceramic,
organic dusts of dust explosion class St1 and St2
can be
extracted.
If the dust extractor is properly connected to a
woodworking machine
with a dust source (e.g. circular saw,
milling machine, planing machine, belt sander)
and operated in
accordance with the regulations, the necessary extraction capacity
and separation quality is always guaranteed.
When vacuuming a
“dust-tested“ woodworking machine with
a dust source,
the use of the dust extractor means that the
TRK value of 0.1
mg/m3 is permanently maintained
at this machine
workstation if there are no disturbing external influences.
The
metrological monitoring of such a workplace is then no longer
necessary!
In order to maintain these advantages of the
dust collector for a long time, be sure to observe these operating
instructions
. Read them carefully before
first
commissioning. Then you will enjoy
the always trouble-free work
of the dust extractor. However, if you have any questions
, we
will be happy to assist you at any time
.
We hope you enjoy
the
suction power and easy handling when working with the new
device.
Please refer to the enclosed
documents for any
