The machine was built to work in the food industry for mixing various
types of tea mixtures or spices. All machine elements that come into
contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
In the separator body, the drum and feeder are mounted on a total of
15 rolling bearings. The rotor is in two parts. The first element is
the feeder that transports the product. The pentagonal rotating drum
is driven by a 4.0 kW motor with a gearbox. The drum consists of a
sieve basket and rubbing strips. The feeder is powered by a 0.75kW
engine through a gearbox. The drum is covered with covers for safety
reasons. The drum equipped with sieves rotates in the opposite
direction to the rubbing strips or brushes mounted on the rotor. The
raw material is rubbed between the central part of the sieves and the
abrasion strips or brushes.
