Description
Precise forming with quick tool changes. Our axial t form forming machines of type REB are specially suited with forming forces up to 1,300 kN and effortlessly master complex geometries. With up to six forming stages in combination with an intermediate clamping unit, they meet almost all requirements. The operation is simple and intuitive via touch panel. A sequence control makes every single movement of the respective forming stage user-friendly and individually freely programmable. Optionally, we equip our systems with electrical or hydraulic-numerical drives. For very short cycle times, these forming processes can be carried out step by step in transfer plants. The systems enable intuitive flow-based programming. Simultaneous axis movements ensure fast production processes and enable efficient and highly dynamic production.
