For sale is a used SOMIC crate erector that has erected 10 bolt circle crates. These can optionally be provided with different glue traces so that a 10 to 20 cm trays can be glued. Program 1-3 = Strong gluing to 20 crates, weak gluing 20 crates or no gluing 10 crates. The system has been serviced by MHS Systembau since commissioning and a central lubrication system for the gearbox area was installed in 2023. Photos to follow

For sale is a used SOMIC packaging system with 2 fan conveyors (=2 formats). Tubular bags were packed, but other products that arrive horizontally from an infeed conveyor can also be packed. The Somic has a height-adjustable levelling belt where the contents of the tubular bags can be distributed before packaging. Somic had worked with Elau technology in the control area and Elau discontinued these servos and controllers. The Somic can be equipped with new Siemens control technology 1500 and undergo a general overhaul.
