VITO XS Vacuum Filtration System
VITO X is best suited for restaurants, bakeries or establishments with
a high frying volume.
The VITO XS cleans the frying oil, holds it in its 40 l tank and
offers easy, hygienic transport in the kitchen. Thanks to its unique
vacuum filtration, the particles remain in the filter when dry. Like
every VITO frying oil filter, the XS also offers a fine filtration of
5μm and thus the optimal quality of your oil is maintained. The
unique design ensures that it also works at temperatures of 200°C,
but at the same time offers the highest level of occupational safety.
After filtration, the oil can simply be pumped back again.
