Concrete Mixing Plant Weiler (Concrete Batching Plant).
Concrete Plant Weiler (Maxtruder, Germany) – 80 m³/h, stored (never
operated). Manufactured in 2008, never used. In storage.
The concrete mixing plant (mortar-concrete batching plant) from the
German manufacturer WEILER (MAXTRUDER) was supplied from Germany and
has never been used. It includes the following components:
Planetary counter-current mixer with a loading capacity of up to 2.25
m³ (dimensions 3.1 × 1.75 m); discharge capacity for heavy concrete
is 1.5 m³. Mixing time: 1 minute. Motor power: 75 kW. Discharge via
two sectoral compartments.
- Skip for feeding aggregates, 12 m.
- Cement dosing system.
- Additives dosing system.
- Additives tank.
- Two WAM cement screws, each 11 meters long.
- Control cabinet with two modes of operation: software-based via a
built-in computer and manual via buttons on the cabinet panel.
- Conveyor frame, 12 meters, for weighing aggregates.
Receiving and distributing cart with a hopper capable of adjusting
discharge points horizontally up to 5 meters.
Additional Equipment Required:
To fully equip this batching plant, a system of aggregate bunkers with
dosing and silos must be installed according to the operational
requirements. This makes it an optimal solution for existing precast
concrete factories and construction materials factories (DSK) that
need to replace or enhance production capacity for stiff concrete
mixtures within their current batching plant setup, including
aggregate material feeding systems.
Integration Possibilities:
This line can also be integrated into slipform production systems,
offering targeted concrete supply for specific points.
