Technical data: - max. workpiece dimensions 300 x 250 mm- min./max.
Distance from the saw belt to the conveyor belt 4 - 125 mm- wide
conveyor belt 285 x 5470 mm wheel diameter 711 x 51 mm- min. workpiece
length 200 mm- feed speed infinitely 0 - 25 m/min. (standard:15
m/min., optional: - Sawband dimension 4267 x 51 mm- drive motor 15.0

400 V / 50 Hz- Suction nozzle 4 x 100 mm- cooling device- pneumatic
Discontinuation roller in the inlet with shock absorber pneumatic
pressure roller for precise sawing - the combination of thin saw band
and precise sawband guide enables the production of extremely thin
lamella thicknesses at min. slat thicknesses of 1.0 - 2.0 mm- smooth,
glueable saw cut- saw band cutting joint from 1.2 - 1.6 mm (50%
material saving) - Schmitt accuracy +/- 0.5 mm- PLC control with
user-friendly touchscreen operation - the servo pneumatic saw band
voltage regulates the sawband voltage via a servo valve, this is
adapted to the respective saw band- ammeter for monitoring the chip
pick-up- ideal machine for cutting lock boards and panels transport
