MACRI ITALIA PROVAR 5-90 U-D tube bending machine, built in Italy in 2010 is used for the fully automatic process of fixed radius and variable radius workpiece bending on two different dies. The machine is characterised by a highly rigid steel structure, modern components and extensive equipment. All 5 axes of the machine (X, Y, Z, B1, B2) are equipped with reliable brushless servomotors in order to provide the user with high dynamics and excellent positioning accuracy when machining tubes and profiles with a maximum length of 5100 mm. The installed state-of-the-art MACRI software allows, among others, to program the positioner force, perform an anti-collision test with 3D simulation, import files from 3D programmes and program the speed of movement of each axis for each bend. MACRI ITALIA PROVAR 6-45 U-D bending machine was manufactured in 2019 in Italy. The fully automatic mandrel bending machine is used in the process of machining tubes and profiles with a maximum diameter of 45 mm in 6 numerically controlled axes (X, Y, Z, B1, B2, A). Excellent process stability and workpiece quality, with the possibility of bending standard and variable (free) radiuses, are guaranteed thanks to the robust steel construction, the moving head with high-strength gears and the equipping of all machine axes with brushless servomotors.
