For sale is a used Schäfer & Flottmann tray erector with lateral insertion function for package inserts, package products such as e.g. Flower seed bags, etc., which are placed at the bottom of the tray. The tray is previously covered with an adhesive and can thus be fixed to the bottom of the tray. A vision system from Keyence uses the camera to check whether the products used have been positioned correctly. If not, the tray is ejected. In one of the following stations, products can either be inserted laterally or the tray is formed into an open tray. The Schäfer & Flottmann has run little and is in very good condition. There were 2 systems in stock and one of them has already been sold. There is a very extensive spare parts package worth about 150,000 € for the system

we sell 1 of 2 used tray / carton setup with an additional magazine for a package leaflet or e.g. Spoon that is placed in the box and glued to the bottom. The tray / carton erector has 2 Nordson hot glue devices (Pro Blue) each and is completely built in V2 A (also the control cabinet). The system is adjustable in terms of cardboard height and width as well as length, but are set to a currently fixed level. The systems are in a very good used condition as they were in stock after a factory closure (optical condition is almost as new). The special feature of the system is that a vision system (by KEYENCE) is installed in the system, which can check a correct insertion of the package leaflet or the spoon and can stop the system if it is not executed correctly (looks at the tray from above).
