ACCUTEX GA 43AL wire EDM machine was built in 2018 in Taiwan. This
highly efficient and reliable machine can achieve complex and
difficult shapes, making it ideal for the production of precision
tools, dies and punches. The traditional drive has been replaced by a
direct, closed-loop linear drive system to eliminate backlash and
increase cutting capacity by up to 10%, with much lower energy
consumption and constant operating temperature.
The GA 43AL EDM machine features a state-of-the-art AccuteX CNC
control based on a Windows system with touchscreen and compatibility
with CAD/CAM software. The controller optimises the machining
parameters according to different wire diameters, corner angles, arc
radius and workpiece thickness for the best cutting efficiency and
accuracy. The wire EDM machine weighs 2800 kg.
